Job summary

Pets at Home is seeking an Application Support Analyst to support the RxWorks system during a migration to Provet. You will keep RxWorks running smoothly, handle day-to-day support, and enable veterinary teams to deliver excellent care.

The role is a six-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working from the Handforth Support Office in Cheshire. You will be the go-to person for RxWorks support, resolve incidents, monitor performance, and collaborate with IT teams and veterinary practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with RxWorks (or other veterinary practice management systems).
• Understanding of practice life and veterinary background is welcomed.
• Experience of application support & administration and/or working within a system service environment would be advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to start pretty quickly (short notice preferred).

What’s the role?

We’re moving practice management systems, from RxWorks to Provet, across our practices. While the migration happens, you’ll keep our current system (RxWorks) running smoothly, handling day-to-day support and ensuring our teams can deliver exceptional care.

This role offers a six month fixed term contract to support the project, and we can offer hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth (Cheshire).
