Position: Field Aftersales Manager

We are seeking a Field Aftersales Manager to join the TGB Commercial Aftersales Team. This role is primarily responsible for developing the UK dealer network's aftersales capabilities, including:

  1. Driving growth in genuine parts and lubricants sales
  2. Enhancing service retention and parts buying loyalty
  3. Promoting the adoption and performance of the Total Care service programmes, such as Triumph Service Plans, Factory Extended Warranty, Online Service Booking, and Service Value Chain

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Driving dealer staff participation in commercial and technical aftersales training
  • Managing the UK Technician apprenticeship programme via our dedicated partner
  • Providing technical liaison and support between the Technical Aftersales department and dealers
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working independently while maintaining high standards. Preferred experience includes:

  • Previous motorcycle or automotive aftersales experience, ideally in a field-based role
  • Knowledge of dealer aftersales operations and best practices
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to analyze data and summarize insights
  • Experience in team management or dealer network oversight
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiasm for motorcycling and leadership qualities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Team-oriented attitude
