Job Description
Customer Solutions Consultant - Remote

Your role is to demonstrate value and present solutions to new and existing businesses through close alignment with the National territory account managers. As a UPS Senior Customer Solutions Consultant, you will have monthly and annual revenue targets to achieve as well as supporting the sales team of your aligned territory. To be successful, you must have exceptional organizational and communication skills as you will present to different industry verticals. The territory primarily covers the Midlands and surrounding areas, so willingness to travel is essential.

What You Do
  1. Be accountable for your territory and opportunity pipeline through proactive engagement with the account management team.
  2. Create and maintain customer presentations with clear value propositions.
  3. Develop and maintain sales opportunities captured in the CRM (Salesforce) by working closely with the account managers and the Solutions implementation team.
  4. Analyze supply chains and business processes to identify customer challenges and position standard or customized solutions.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues from other departments and countries to expand your internal network.
  6. Participate in training courses to acquire essential job knowledge throughout your employment.
  7. Manage your own customers alongside the sales department and develop strategies for their growth.
  8. Handle project management for various customer projects, acting as an interface between customer, sales, and departments.
  9. Ensure sales targets and customer expectations are met and exceeded.
What Makes You Strong
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales (preferred).
  • Enjoyment of communication and teamwork.
  • Analytical and creative thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of logistical workflows (ideally).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum one year residency and right to work in the UK.
  • Full, clean driving license for at least two years.
  • Willingness to travel.
