Job Details
  • Salary potential: £50,000 per annum (OTE)
  • Location: Edinburgh, Glasgow, with occasional travel to Newcastle
  • Salary: £25,500 basic, increasing with role progression, plus uncapped commission (up to 50k OTE)
  • Job type: Full Time (40 hrs/week)
  • Shift Pattern: 9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri)
  • Holidays: 29 days annual leave including bank holidays, increasing to 31 days after 1 year of service
About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity at Verisure Service for a Field After-Sales Executive! Verisure is Europe’s leading provider of monitored security systems, protecting over 5.1 million families and small businesses across 17 countries. Your role will involve servicing customer alarms, advising on security solutions, and retaining customer accounts during cancellations.

Responsibilities
  1. Dealing with escalated high-level complaints
  2. Installing and maintaining security systems, focusing on first-time fix solutions
  3. Providing detailed walkthroughs of alarm systems
  4. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  5. Identifying reasons for customer churn and improving customer experience
  6. Troubleshooting issues and false alarms
  7. Managing stock and vehicle maintenance
Requirements
  • Strong English communication skills and team player mindset
  • Ability to initiate and sustain conversations, resolve ongoing issues
  • Customer-oriented with a passion for excellent service
  • Clean manual driving license
  • 1 year of technical, engineering, retention, or sales experience (preferred)
