Job Description:

Our established and successful client, a leading Printer and Converter of Flexible Packaging, is seeking to expand their sales team. The role involves generating new business across all market sectors by evaluating customer needs and promoting their range of products and services.

Responsibilities include promoting and selling flexible packaging solutions, generating prospects, following up leads, delivering presentations, maintaining customer relationships, representing the company at events, and contributing to sales and marketing strategies.

Person Specification:
  • Proven sales background in flexible packaging industry.
  • Knowledge of gravure and/or Flexo printing and conversion processes is beneficial.
  • Ability to generate leads and contact decision makers via various approaches.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills.
  • Valid UK driving license.
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Access to secure home office.
Additional Capabilities:
  • Knowledge of printing machines, lamination, slitting, and other related equipment.
  • Experience with pouch and bag making, digital printing, and short-run production.
