Qualifications

• 2+ years of account management experience, ideally in commercial/aerospace/metals industries.
• Proven ability to develop sales campaigns and manage customer relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Review market analysis and determine customer needs and potential volume.
• Develop account sales campaigns and proactively contact customers.
• Build relationships with existing customers and explore new opportunities.
• Travel to customer sites to meet key stakeholders.
• Cross-sell, up-sell and offer value-added services to increase order size.
• Negotiate terms to close deals and report progress against targets.
