• At least 2 years proven account management experience, ideally in commercial / aerospace sectors / metals industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record of growing accounts and cross-selling opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Reviews market analysis and determines customer needs, potential volume, pricing schedule.
• Develops accounts sales campaigns.
• Proactively contacts customers and maintains relationships with those who have had buying history.
• Travel to customer sites to meet with appropriate stakeholders.
• Increase sales and order size via cross-selling, up-selling and value-add services.
• Manage customer needs and ensure high level of service.
• Negotiate terms to close deals.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare reports on agreed schedule.
• Coordinate with Europe VP and Business Development Manager for exhibitions.
• Forecast and track key account metrics.
• Support challenging customer requests and liaise with internal team.
