Job summary

Circet UK is seeking a Service Delivery Technician to join our Durham team. You will organise daily and weekly fibre installation and repair work, coordinate with clients and residents, and perform surveying, testing and troubleshooting to industry standards.

This is a physically demanding field role requiring a full UK driving licence, DBS check, and a commitment to safety. Normal hours are 40 per week (Mon–Fri) with one Saturday every four; travel outside office hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of demanding work incl. climbing up to 15m, underground tasks and heavy lifting.
• Full clean UK manual driving licence.
• Basic DBS check.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills across technical levels.
• Telecoms experience preferred; full training provided for the right candidate.
• Good understanding of health & safety practices.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Organise your daily and weekly work schedule to ensure timely fibre installations and repairs.
• Work outdoors in physically demanding conditions and potentially adverse weather.
• Maintain high standards of customer service in interactions with residents, clients, and third-party stakeholders.
• Expertly perform full fibre installations, including surveying, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site inspections to assess installation feasibility and safety compliance.
• Participate in team meetings, providing feedback to improve performance and customer experience.
• Consistently meet Circet’s safety standards, proactively identifying and addressing risks.
• Resolve client and customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
