Job summary

Circet UK is seeking a Service Delivery Technician to join our Sunderland team to install, survey, test and troubleshoot Fibre deployments, often outdoors and across multiple installations daily. You will maintain high service standards and safety, while keeping residents and clients informed and satisfied.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, physical fitness, a DBS check, and strong communication across technical levels.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of demanding outdoor work in all weather.
• Full clean UK manual driving licence required.
• DBS check required.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills across technical levels.
• Telecoms knowledge preferred; training provided for the right candidate.
• Good understanding of health and safety practices.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Organise daily/weekly work schedules to hit fibre install/repair targets.
• Perform fibre installations, including surveying, testing and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility and risks, ensuring safety compliance.
• Interact professionally with residents, clients and third parties to resolve issues.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to performance improvements and customer experience.
• Adhere to Circet safety standards and address potential field risks.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and maintain strong relationships.
• Carry out additional tasks as needed by management.
