Job summary

Circet Ireland & UK is hiring a Service Delivery Technician to join the Durham team. You will organise field work, install and repair Fibre lines, and ensure high standards of customer service in all interactions with residents and clients.

The role involves outdoor, physically demanding work, with training provided for telecoms specifics. A valid UK driving licence, DBS check, and commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of demanding field work (climbing up to 15m, underground tasks, heavy lifting).
• Full clean UK manual driving licence.
• Basic DBS check required.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills across technical levels.
• Telecoms experience preferred; full training provided for the right candidate.
• Good understanding of health & safety practices.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Organise your daily and weekly work schedule to ensure timely Fibre installations and repairs.
• Work outdoors in a physically demanding role and adverse weather conditions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service with residents, clients and third parties.
• Perform full Fibre installations including surveying, testing and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility and provide risk assessments.
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Adhere to Circet safety standards and address field risks.
• Resolve client complaints promptly and maintain strong relationships.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
