Job summary

Boots is seeking seasonal Customer Advisors to help deliver a brilliant shopping experience during the festive period. You will welcome customers, assist with product selection, manage tills and self-checkouts, and keep stock replenished while supporting deliveries and store upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
