Job summary

Boots is looking for a Seasonal Customer Advisor to help customers choose gifts, find great offers and ensure a smooth checkout during the busy festive period. You’ll be the friendly face customers rely on, delivering friendly, personalised service and supporting stock, deliveries and store presentation.

This temporary role offers the chance to gain industry experience, work as part of a collaborative team and potentially progress into longer-term opportunities depending on local availability.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand needs and help them find products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Assist with purchases at tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Work across different store areas and support the team as needed.
