Job summary

Boots is recruiting a Seasonal Customer Advisor for the festive period. The role focuses on helping customers find gifts, offering great offers, and delivering memorable service in a fast-paced store environment.

You will support deliveries, replenish stock, and keep the store looking its best, working across different areas and assisting teammates to ensure a smooth, busy season experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to build rapport with shoppers.

• Comfortable balancing service with stock, fulfilment and shop-floor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find the right products, gifts and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Assist with purchases at tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and stockroom organisation.
• Keep store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Work across store areas and assist the team as needed.
