Boots is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor to help create brilliant experiences for customers during the festive period. You will assist shoppers, replenish stock, and support deliveries in a fast-paced store environment, contributing to a friendly, helpful team.

This temporary role offers weekly pay and a chance for longer-term opportunities depending on local availability, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
