Job summary

Epwin Group Plc's Specialist Building Distribution in Accrington is seeking a Fenestration Co-ordinator to manage orders from enquiry to delivery, liaising with customers and suppliers to keep projects progressing.

You will process quotations, update records, and ensure a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced environment, supporting the sales and operations teams and adhering to company procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordination, administration or sales support.
• Experience in construction, building products or fenestration is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Diligent with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fenestration orders and projects from enquiry through to delivery.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to progress projects.
• Produce quotations and process orders accurately.
• Monitor order status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Maintain project documentation and accurate records.
• Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service throughout the journey.
• Support wider sales and operations teams to meet business goals.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards.

We are looking for an organised, customer-focused Fenestration Co-ordinator to join our Specialist Building Distribution division based in Accrington.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administration, coordination, and customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in supporting the efficient delivery of fenestration projects, ensuring customer requirements are met and orders are processed accurately from quotation through to completion.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinating fenestration orders and projects from initial enquiry through to delivery.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progression.
• Producing quotations and processing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitoring order status and proactively communicating updates to customers.
• Managing project documentation and maintaining accurate records.
• Resolving customer queries and providing exceptional service throughout the customer journey.
• Supporting the wider sales and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry standards.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a coordination, administration, customer service, or sales support role.
• Experience within the construction, building products, fenestration, or distribution sectors would be advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• A proactive and positive approach with a willingness to learn.
