Keys Group is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker for our Children’s Home in North Aston. You will support children and young people (ages 8-18) in a residential setting, providing a kind, caring and fun place to live, with shifts including long days and sleep-ins.
Working with a supportive team, you’ll be resilient, adaptable and motivated to help young people facing emotional and behavioural difficulties, while training to gain vocational qualifications and improve career prospects.
Our Children's Home in North Aston is looking for a Waking Night Support Worker to join their team and be part of something special. With help from your manager and a team of passionate Support Workers you will be working alongside children and young people in residential settings who need a kind, caring and fun place to live despite the challenges they may bring. Our young people are between 8-18 years old who display emotional, behavioural difficulties. This is why we are looking for motivated, determined and resilient staff who are flexible and able to adapt to challenging situations. When you join us you will be working to a rota working 39 hours per week which will be completed as shifts including long days and sleep-ins.
