Swanton Care in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health lead meaningful lives in the community. You will be part of the Swanton Community Services Team, delivering compassionate care and promoting independence.

No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training and ongoing DBS checks are provided. The role offers flexible and guaranteed hours, local travel and real opportunities to grow your career

Qualificações

• Willingness to work towards Level 2 Diploma or above in Health & Social Care.
• Good understanding of working with individuals with a learning disability and autism.
• Commitment to providing quality care and support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, compassion and a motivational attitude at all times.
• A responsible, dedicated and flexible approach to work.
• Competent IT knowledge and computer skills.
• No previous experience or qualifications are required.
