Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Cannock to help people live their best lives. You will provide daily support, enable independence, and offer companionship, enabling choices and confidence in everyday activities.

Full training provided with NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care. This is a weekend, part-time role with a paid DBS check and benefits including health plan and pension.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check required (paid for by us).

Job description

Location: Cannock

Rate: £12.75 per hour (the rate will be increasing to £13:00 from 26th October 2026)

Hours: Weekends (15 hours)

Training: Full training provided + NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
