Job summary

Affinity Trust Cannock is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people live their chosen lives with dignity and respect. You will be part of a team that values compassion, listening, and empowerment in daily care.

The role offers full training with NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, and requires a full UK driving licence with access to a car. The position is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a starting Pay rate of £12.75 per hour, rising to £13.00 from 26 October 2026.
