Keys Group is seeking a Female Support Worker for a residential care setting near Carmarthen. The role involves day-to-day support, promoting independence, and helping residents with activities of daily living.

You will assist with health care needs, personal care, budgeting, and life skills while supporting daily routines and wellbeing in a caring environment.

• Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying the people we support to routine appointments or administering medication.

• Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.
• Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.

JOB ROLE: Female Support Worker

HOURS: 35 hours per week

LOCATION: Carmarthen SA33 6JA

SALARY: £14.05 - £14.75* per hour

Please note we require a female support worker due to a genuine occupational requirement for the person we are supporting making this position exempt from the gender discrimination rule.

As a Support Worker, You Will Be Involved In The Day To Day Support And Routine Of The People Within The Service Including
