Keys Group is hiring a Support Worker at Cildewi House in Carmarthen. You will assist adults with mental health needs, support daily routines, promote independence, and help with personal care.

We offer enhanced pay scales, paid DBS, QCF development, pension, and a generous leave allowance. Full induction and ongoing training are provided to support your growth.

Cildewi House is a residential care home in Johnstown, around a mile from Carmarthen in Carmarthenshire, supporting adults with mental health needs.

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service including:
