Job summary

Cygnet Newham House in Tees Valley is seeking a confident Female Night Support Worker to deliver outstanding care during night shifts. You will work 42 hours weekly at our 20-bed neuropsychiatric facility, supporting women with ABI and other conditions.

You will provide physical and emotional support, monitor welfare, maintain a safe environment, and report needs. The role offers flexible overtime, coaching, and employee discounts; DBS check is required.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering care during night shifts.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and service users.
  • Willingness to work in a team and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

  • Provide enhanced care with a flexible learning approach.
  • Offer physical and emotional support.
  • Learn about individuals’ needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
