Job summary

Cygnet Newham House is seeking a confident Female Night Support Worker to deliver outstanding care in a neuropsychiatric facility for women with ABI. You will work night shifts (42 hours/week) at a 20-bed unit and support residents with physical and emotional needs in a safe environment.

Role includes DBS check, safeguarding, and providing care tailored to individual needs. The role offers coaching, peer support, and a benefits package within a national network of services.

We are looking for a confident Female Night Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. Youll be working42 hours a week(night shift only), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care atCygnet Newham House. Cygnet Newham House is our 20-bed neuropsychiatric care and treatment facility providing rehabilitation for women affected by acquired brain injuries (ABI) The hospital provides a safe and secure place to aid recovery alongside offering those diagnosed with a progressive neurological disease like Huntingtons Disease, a placement to support and help manage the progression of their symptoms. The hospital is a modern, purpose-built facility, designed specifically to provide a clinically-led evidence-based neuropsychiatric pathway for individuals presenting with behaviours that challenge as a result of their ABI.
