Job summary

Avenues Group in Kingston is seeking a Female Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, dementia, and other needs across four bungalows. You will help residents engage in daily activities, participate in community life, and build meaningful connections with family and friends.

No prior health-care experience is required as comprehensive training is provided to support career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care is not essential; full range of training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Support our people to be engaged in day-to-day living activities and use community resources.
• Support social activities and connect with family and friends.
• Assist with managing our people’s finances.
• Keep living spaces clean and tidy and assist with shopping.
• Provide and encourage personal care.
