No care experience? Transferable skills from retail, hospitality, or customer service are welcome, and training is provided free of charge to help you start a rewarding career in care.

Qualifications

• No care experience? That’s OK. If you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, customer service, or childcare, you already have great transferable skills and we’ll teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

• Helping adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, or physical disabilities to live independently.
• Engaging in activities and supporting social participation.
• Assisting with daily tasks like shopping, cooking, and household chores.
