Avenues Group Addlestone is seeking a part-time Support Worker to assist three males and one female with learning disabilities, autism and epilepsy. You’ll support daily living tasks and community activities to help residents live life their way.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving license and business insurance essential.
• No prior care experience required – full training provided.
• Support adults with learning disabilities to live independently.
• Engage in activities and community outings with residents.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, or physical disabilities to live independently
• Helping people with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or managing money
• Encouraging people to connect with friends, family, and the community
• Providing personal care (with dignity and respect)
• Making each day meaningful — and having fun while you do it!
