The role requires compassion, reliability and flexibility, including weekend and bank holiday shifts. A full UK driving licence is essential to travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and reliable individual with a patient approach.
• Full UK/EU driving licence essential; training provided if needed.
• Willing to work weekends and bank holidays.
• No previous care experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to four residents aged 20s–60s.
