Job summary

Voyage Care Bracknell is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people gain independence and improve quality of life in a warm, supportive team. You will be involved in daily tasks, personal care, and activity-based support, fostering confidence and social engagement for those we support.

Shifts include 7am-2pm, 2pm-9pm, and 9pm-7am; a valid UK driving licence is required. Benefits include enhanced pay for evenings/weekends, overtime premiums, Wagestream access, and extensive staff support

Qualifications

• Must have a valid full UK driving licence.
• No previous care experience required.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living tasks and personal care.

Support Worker - Bracknell - £12.74 to £14.23 with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements (Ts & Cs apply)

Full and Part time hours available.

Typical Shifts are: 7am-2pm, 2pm-9pm, 9pm-7am - must be fully flexible.

MUST have a valid FULL UK driving licence to drive our vehicle.

Our Residential Service in Bracknell is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same!
