Job summary

AMC Case Management Ltd is seeking compassionate Support Workers in Bracknell to provide dedicated 2:1 care for a 27-year-old gentleman with complex needs at home and in the community. Role involves personal care, medication administration, and community support.

The position requires a full UK manual driving licence and experience with epilepsy and challenging behaviour. Full induction and ongoing specialist training are provided, with a supportive management team and competitive hourly rates.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including incontinence care.
• Assist with breakfast and occasional lunch preparation.
• Administer medications (including epilepsy management).
• Support attendance at religious activities (Temple).
• Support weekly swimming sessions.
• Assist daily walks and community access.
• Promote independence and maintain safety at home and in the community.

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to provide dedicated 2:1 care for a 27-year-old gentleman with complex needs in his home and within the community in Bracknell.

Shift Pattern

• Day Shifts: 08:00 - 20:00
• Waking Nights: 20:00 - 08:00
• 24/7 care package

Role Responsibilities

• Providing personal care, including incontinence care
• Supporting with breakfast preparation and occasional lunch preparation
