Job summary

SeeAbility is seeking a Female Support Worker to Make Every Day Matter in Southampton. This permanent role is 37.5 hours per week, paying £13.09 per hour (£25,525.50 per year) with benefits. A manual UK driving licence is essential.

You’ll support people with learning disabilities, autism and sight loss, helping with daily routines, activities and wellbeing. Join a values‑led team that cares, trains you, and offers consistent hours and development opportunities.
