SeeAbility is hiring a Support Worker in Aldershot to help individuals live fuller, more independent lives. You will support daily routines, assist with personal care, and contribute to person-centred plans in a warm, inclusive home. The position offers guaranteed hours, paid training and development, and access to SeeAbility rewards. A manual UK driving licence is preferred.

Salary: £13.09 per hour (£25,525.50 per annum) plus benefits
Hours: Guaranteed – stability you can count on
