Job summary

Creative Support is seeking fun, energetic and adaptable Support Workers to join our Askern service, helping adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism and ADHD to live fulfilling lives.

You will support clients with daily tasks to promote independence, maintain tenancy, engage with the local community and work toward personal goals in a caring, person-centred environment. Full training and ongoing support are provided; a patient, compassionate approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities or mental health needs.
• Ability to work in a person-centred, outcome-focused manner.
