Job summary

Creative Support is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our Askern service in Doncaster. You will assist adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism and ADHD to develop daily living skills and enjoy fulfilling, independent lives.

A full, clean manual driving licence is essential. You’ll work as part of a friendly team, focusing on wellbeing and community participation to help clients achieve personal goals.

Qualifications

• Must have a full, clean manual driving licence.
• Live in or eligible to work in the UK.
• Ability to support adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities, mental health, autism and ADHD.

We are looking for fun, energetic and adaptable individuals to join our Askern service, providing support to adults with a range of support needs, including those with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism and ADHD. You will work to support clients with daily tasks to promote independence, whilst enabling individuals to enjoy fulfilling and valued lives.

As a Support Worker you will provide outcome focused support to enable clients to lead fulfilling and valued lives, maintain their tenancies, participate in their local community, develop independent living skills and achieve their personal goals and desired outcomes.

You will help our clients to maximise their sense of wellbeing and independence through tailored, ongoing care and support and will help facilitate engagements with their peers and out in their local community utilising opportunities for personal development.

A full, clean manual driving licence is essential for this role.
