Job summary

Creative Support is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our Askern service in Doncaster. You will assist adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism and ADHD to develop daily living skills and enjoy fulfilling, independent lives.

A full, clean manual driving licence is essential. You’ll work as part of a friendly team, focusing on wellbeing and community participation to help clients achieve personal goals.

Qualifications

• Must have a full, clean manual driving licence.
• Live in or eligible to work in the UK.
• Ability to support adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities, mental health, autism and ADHD.

Responsibilities

• Provide outcome-focused support to enable clients to lead fulfilling, valued lives.
• Assist with daily tasks to promote independence and community participation.
• Support clients to maintain tenancy and pursue personal goals and wellbeing.
