Dimensions Ltd in Worcester is seeking Female Support Workers to join a busy home supporting five women in their 20s and 30s with learning disabilities and complex health needs. You will help with personal care, meals, activities, and daily routines in a caring, supportive environment.

The role offers full-time hours up to 45 per week, with a base salary up to £30,771 per year and £50 per sleep-in shift. Training, progression, and a Learn to Drive scheme are available.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Support four people with personal care and daily routines.
• Administering medication, including insulin and midazolam.
• Support one person with PEG feeding.
• Use hoists and manual handling equipment as needed.
• Support one wheelchair user and assist with mobility.
