A full UK driving license and ability to drive manual vehicles are essential. Shifts include mornings, afternoons, and sleep-ins across a 40-hour week; the role involves encouraging community engagement and everyday activities in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflect on practice to support individuals with distress or autism.
