Job summary

Avenues Group is recruiting Female Support Worker for a brand-new supported living service in Norwich. You’ll help 18 people with learning and physical disabilities and autism live independently in self-contained flats and bungalows, focusing on person-centred care and meaningful relationships.

This full-time on-site permanent role offers a starting salary of £25,845 per year (pro rata if applicable) and supports you through Disability Confident employer scheme, training, and career development.

Responsibilities

• Support 18 people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and autism in self-contained flats and bungalows.
• Build meaningful relationships and design support around each individual's needs, goals and routines.
