Avenues Group in Norwich is seeking a Female Support Worker to join our brand-new supported living service. You will help 18 residents with learning and physical disabilities and autism, living in self-contained flats and bungalows, and you’ll build meaningful relationships from day one.

This is a values-led, person-first role where you enable residents to enjoy daily life, stay connected with family and community, manage personal finances, maintain a welcoming home, and provide respectful

Qualifications

• We’re looking for positive, fun, can-do Support Workers who are passionate about delivering great support and making every day meaningful.
• Experience is welcome but the right values, attitude and enthusiasm matter most.

Responsibilities

• Supporting people to enjoy everyday life and make the most of their local community
• Helping people stay connected with family, friends and social activities
• Supporting the management of personal finances
