Job summary

Avenues is opening a brand-new supported living service in Swaffham. We are recruiting Support Workers to help 16 people with learning and physical disabilities and autism live independently in a vibrant community of flats and bungalows.

This full/part-time role offers flexible hours, early pay options, DBS if needed, and a friendly environment focused on personal growth. You’ll build meaningful relationships and tailor support to individual goals from day one.

£25,845 per annum (pro rata) | Full time or part time hours available

We are excited to be recruiting Support Workers to join us at our brand-new supported living service in Swaffham. This is a fresh start, a new community, and a chance for you to help shape something special from day one.

You'll be supporting 16 people with learning and physical disabilities and autism, all living independently in a beautifully designed community of self-contained flats and bungalows.
