About the role

Join our friendly team at our respite homein Newbury (RG19), supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex health needs during short breaks – from weekends to longer stays. Every day is different, giving you the chance to make a real difference and help people feel valued, safe, and empowered.

Your role will include:

• Personal care and daily living support

Shift Patterns

• 7:00am – 2:30pm
• 2:30pm – 10:00pm
• Sleep-in: 10:00pm – 7:00am (£50 paid per sleep-in)Weekend work is essential.Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
