(39 hours per week)

We're looking for Female Support Workers to join us in Caterham. You'll be part of a small team of 8, supporting 5 lovely ladies with learning disabilities, epilepsy and autism. They're all mad about music and would really appreciate someone with brilliant communication skills. Plus, they're absolute fans of pamper sessions - nails, facials, you name it! It'd be ace if you've got some experience working with adults who have learning disabilities and challenging behaviours, but honestly, it's not essential.

No two days are the same, but here's what you might get up to!

Helping the people we support get stuck into day-to-day activities and making the most of what's happening in the community and beyond.

Supporting social activities and helping them keep in touch with family and mates.

Lending a hand with managing finances.

Keeping their home nice and tidy, plus doing the food shop.

Providing and encouraging personal care.

And most importantly, actually enjoying what you do!

What's in it for you?

Early Pay - grab your wages quicker if you need to.

We'll pay for your enhanced DBS.

Paid annual leave (pro rata).

Access to brilliant training that'll help you level up your career.

Contributory pension scheme with life assurance.

Shopping discounts via Blue Light Card and The Bene£its website.

Recommend a mate scheme - bag yourself up to £500.

Free and confidential 24/7 access to the health portal, counselling and support.

As part of our commitment to the "Disability Confident Scheme", candidates who declare a disability, and meet the key criteria for this role, will be given the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities at the interview stage.

There is a genuine occupational requirement for the holder of this post to be female in accordance with the Equality Act 2010
