Job summary

Thera Trust is seeking a Support Worker to join an inclusive team supporting adults with learning disabilities. You will help individuals pursue personal goals and assist with daily living, planning, and activities in home or community settings.

No previous experience required; free, Skills for Care endorsed training is provided. A driver’s licence is essential for this role, and you will work within a values-driven organisation that prioritises person-centered support.
