Job summary

Active Care Group looks to recruit a proactive Female Support Worker in Swindon to join a brand‑new package supporting a young adult client with ABI. You will help with daily living, activities, and personal care, fostering independence within a caring team.

You must have a Full UK Driving Licence and be prepared for zero‑hours shifts, including weekends. Competitive rate up to £14.50 per hour, with DBS and induction training provided, plus holiday pay and Nest pension.

Qualifications

  • Proactive, caring and reliable support worker.
  • Experience supporting adults with ABI preferred.
  • Must be comfortable with driving and outings.

She enjoys living life to the fullest and needs a team who will encourage her independence, support her routines, and engage in her favourite activities.
