Job summary

Active Care Group in Hartlepool is recruiting for a male-only Support Worker at Burbank Mews. The role covers 36 or 42-hour contracts, with shifts on a rota basis including every other weekend. The salary is £29,849.78 FTE per year, pro rata for 42 hours, and requires enhanced DBS clearance.

Applicants should have a Full UK driving licence, a genuine passion for care, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Training, benefits and development opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with people we support in a two-way, open manner.
• Establish communication methods to reduce barriers for the people supported.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care when needed.
• Report issues to the clinical team and document activities accurately.
• Work on a rota with weekend shifts and participate in care delivery.
