Job summary

Sense International in Birmingham is seeking a Female Support Worker to provide 1:1 support in our King's Heath supported living service. The role involves lone working across a flexible schedule, with 1:1 care for a resident woman who enjoys supportive engagement.

Applicants must be able to communicate well, demonstrate positive behaviour support, and hold a full UK manual driving license. A full induction is provided, with benefits and ongoing training.

We are seeking a Female support worker to become a part of our amazing team at our Supported Living service in King's Heath, Birmingham.

This role will be based in our service which has multiple 1:1 flats and you will be lone working.

The person you will support is a woman who lives in the supported living accommodation and enjoys the 1:1 support.

We are looking for a Support worker who can work on a flexible basis. You must be a good communicator and have positive behaviour support as this role can be challenging but very rewarding.

A full UK manual driver's license is required. This role requires flexible working across Mondays to Sunday with some bank holidays.
