Job summary

Sense is seeking a Support Worker for the Day Service at Sense Centre Rotherham. This permanent role is 24 hours per week on a varied shift pattern, paid at £13.00 per hour.

You will help people with complex disabilities engage in creative activities across arts, sports and wellbeing, supporting communication, building confidence and independence, and accompanying attendees on community activities. Flexibility across days, evenings and weekends is essential, with training and development

Here at Sense, we support people with complex disabilities to live the life they choose. We're looking for a Support Worker to join our Day Service at Sense Centre Rotherham, this is a permanent role working 24 hours per week on a various shift pattern, paying £13.00 per hour.

Our Day Service is open Monday to Friday and weekends, so flexibility across days, evenings, and weekends is essential. You'll be joining a vibrant, active service supporting people with complex disabilities through creative, engaging programmes covering arts, sports, and wellbeing; helping them develop communication skills, build confidence, and try new things. No two days will be the same.

We are looking for someone who is:

This role might include supporting people with:
