Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking a Part Time Support Worker in Marcham, Oxfordshire. The position offers 22.5 hours per week at a rate of £14.06 per hour, with full training provided to support people living with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs.

You will help individuals engage in meaningful activities, from simple tasks like shopping for groceries to attending the gym or pursuing new hobbies, while fostering independence and confidence in daily life.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to enable individuals to participate in activities and live with confidence and independence.
• Help individuals with daily routines and outings, such as shopping, gym visits, hobbies, or trips abroad.
• Build trust and independence through compassionate, mindful teamwork.
• Support individuals living with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs.
• Contribute to person-centred plans and ensure safety and well-being.

Job description

Part Time Support Worker

Marcham, Oxfordshire OX13

Rate: £14.06 per hour

Hours: Part Time 22.5 hours per week

Training: Full training provided + NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care

Preferred: Full UK driving licence and access to a car
