You will be supporting a gentleman with cerebral palsy who lives in his own home in Inverurie, empowering him to live a full and meaningful life on his own terms.
He can sometimes communicate through behaviours that may be perceived as challenging, so we are looking for someone who is confident, patient, resilient, and able to provide calm, consistent, and person-centred support. Experience supporting individuals with physical disabilities and complex needs would be advantageous, along with a positive approach focused on understanding the person behind the behaviour.
