Job summary

Voyage Care’s Redmond House – Residential in Corby is seeking a Female* Support Worker to provide person-centred care for up to 12 residents. Shift patterns include 7.30am–2.30pm and 2.30pm–9.30pm, with pay from £12.84ph up to £14.34ph and enhancements for evenings and weekends.

You’ll support activities, independence and community participation. We’re looking for caring, reliable and team-focused individuals who are eager to learn and develop care skills.

• Full UK manual driving licence and ability to drive the service minibus.

The Role

Role: Female* Support Worker
Service: Redmond House – Residential
Location: Corby
Pay: £12.84ph up to £14.34ph with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements
Hours: Monday–Sunday, 7.30am–2.30pm and 2.30pm–9.30pm

Your Role

Redmond House supports up to 12 people in a purpose-built residential bungalow with en-suite bedrooms.

You’ll provide person-centred support to people with a range of needs, including:

• Learning disabilities
• Physical disabilities
• Epilepsy
• Cerebral Palsy

You’ll help people with their everyday routines, encourage independence and support them to enjoy meaningful activities and time in the community.

No two days will be exactly the same, and you’ll have the opportunity to develop new skills while making a genuine difference to the people you support.

You’ll also work closely with external health professionals, helping ensure the people we support receive the right care and support for their individual needs.
