Qualifications

• Care experience preferred; Eden Futures hires for values first.
• Minimum 6–12 months of care experience for Specialist roles.
• You must be caring, compassionate and supportive.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life according to their plans.
• Help keep them safe, safeguarding their welfare.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centered approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medication, and daily tasks around the home.
• Be an informal point of contact for Families and Social Workers.
• Record issues to monitor health and wellbeing.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations and promote welfare.
